Giddens Security maintains its own state certified training school in Jacksonville and Ocala.  Classes are offered for the Concealed Weapons Permit and both Unarmed (Class D) and Armed (Class G) license.  Please click on the tab labeled "Training" more details.

New Payroll Information

Employees now have the ability to view their paystubs and W-2 information online. If you wish to be enrolled in this system just provide the office with your email address. We will send you an invite to the system through your email. You will then create a user ID and password through viewmypaycheck.com. This will enable you to view and print any paystubs from December 2009 and on. You will also be able to go back and view your W-2 information if you misplace your form. Those enrolled in the system that have direct deposit will no longer have to pick up their paycheck stubs from the office. On your next timesheet include your email address. You will receive an email from notify@workplace.intuit.com to get you started.


Note About Direct Deposit

Reminder-If a bank holiday falls on a payday your direct deposit may be delayed until the following bank business day.

Also, if you have direct deposit and do not turn in a time sheet your direct deposit may be cancelled. Time sheets are due every Monday by 5:00 p.m. You can fax to 904-389-9931, email to guardgsc@aol.com, or drop it by the office. (Slot in front door if office is closed)
