2026 Changes for 1095-C (Affordable Care Act)

Employers no longer have to automatically send Form 1095-C to individuals. We can provide a copy to employees if you are in need of one for tax purposes. Please contact the payroll office to put in a request. 904-384-8071 ext. 4.
